Oldham County Networkers

Oldham County Networkers is a group of business people who meet once a month to share business leads and referrals.

The group is comprised of one person from each business category.  Each month members are encouraged to come to the meeting prepared to give and/or receive leads and referrals.  Members go around the room taking turns giving their “one-minute commercial” about themselves and the business they represent and tell the other members what kind of lead they are looking for.

 "We have become friends since joining together," says Jacki Shafer, who started the group.  "There is no pressure to bring in leads.  As we get to know and trust each other, the referrals just naturally come in."

In addition, two people are chosen each month to give ten-minute presentations.

Members are also encouraged to meet one-on-one to get to know each other better, and get a better idea about how they can help and encourage each other.
