ADJUSTMENTS/MANIPULATION: The term "adjustment" refers to the specific manipulation chiropractors apply to vertebrae that have abnormal movement patterns or fail to function normally. The objective of the chiropractic treatment is to reduce the subluxation, which results in an increased range of motion, reduced nerve irritability and improved function.

DTS THERAPY:  You don't have to live in debilitating pain. Whether you have lower back pain, a pinched nerve, sciatica, neck pain, or a variety of symptoms related to damaged or degenerative discs, as well as syndromes of the lumbar and cervical spine, DTS therapy may be for you.

CHIROPRACTIC THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE: Massage has been proven beneficial in treating cancer-related fatigue, sleep disorders, high blood pressure, neck pain, low back pain, immunity suppression, spinal cord injury, autism, post-operative surgery, age- related disorders, infertility, eating disorders, smoking cessation, depression and many other conditions.

THERAPEUTIC REHABILITATION EXERCISE: For patients experiencing neck or back pain, there are exercises designed to help strengthen and correct specific neck or back problems causing the pain.

GATE ANALYSIS: We also offer a Gait Analysis that helps the chiropractor determine any abnormal foot function that could be corrected with custom foot orthotics. An orthotic is a device designed to restore your natural foot function. Orthotics re-align the foot and ankle bones to their neutral position, thereby restoring natural foot function. In turn this helps alleviate problems in other parts of the body. In addition, orthotics give a more even weight distribution, taking pressure off sore spots (e.g. the ball of the foot, corns in between toes, bunion, ect.) and they provide some shock absorption.

CUSTOM FOOT ORTHOTICS: Orthotics benefit people with foot pain or discomfort due to walking imbalance (bio mechanical complaint). Imbalances known to cause pain and discomfort include the following: Low back pain, flat feet, heel pain, knee pain, shin pain.

ULTRASOUND: This treatment should not be confused with diagnostic ultrasound, often used in prenatal screening, but is instead a therapeutic procedure that utilizes sound waves to treat injured muscles, joints and soft tissues.

ELECTRICAL MUSCLE STIMULATION: Often referred to as "muscle Stim" this therapy involves low levels of electrical impulses delivered to the injured, painful tissues to reduce pain and speed healing.

CRYOTHERAPY: Cryotherapy is a term that describes the application of ice compresses to reduce the temperature of tissues directly on or below the skin surface. Cryotherapy works on the surface cooling constricts blood vessels, numbs painful areas, and helps relax muscle spasms. Cold temperatures reduce nerve transmission of painful symptoms and provides temporary relief.

INTERFERENTIAL ELECTRO-THERAPY: This is a therapeutic treatment that aides in the relief of pain and the promotion of soft tissue healing.
